The Cable Makes the Difference.

For starters, the Cable Lock™ Plus System installs directly under the footer providing better support. And can be installed in the interior of home.
The Spiral Lock Starter penetrates the soils as it rotates into the ground during the driving process, allowing for greater depths on average compared to simple pressed pilings.
The spiral design on the patented Cable Lock™ Spiral Cylinder allows each installation to rotate approximately 360º throughout the driving process achieving as much as 20.3% added depth and six times the bearing capability of simple pressed pilings.
The Cable controls horizontal movement which strengthens and aligns the pilings.
Most installations are completed in one to three days.
