Program Description: Olshan Foundation Solutions is a licensed and insured provider of foundation repair services across the southern United States. When you opt in to our SMS program, you can expect to receive messages related to scheduling and confirming appointments for free home evaluations, updates on ongoing projects, and occasional promotional offers. Some messages may be sent using automated technology or AI-assisted messaging. If your inquiry is referred to a third-party provider as described in our Privacy Policy and disclosed in the form you submitted, that provider may also send you messages under the same consent.

Consent: By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Olshan Foundation Solutions at the number you provided, including messages sent via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can withdraw your consent at any time as described below.

Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive approximately 1-4 messages over the course of a free evaluation and approximately 4-15 messages over the course of a project (if you prefer SMS text communication over phone or email). Promotional messages are occasional.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number from which you received an SMS. After you send “STOP,” we will send you one final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Interruption: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Messaging Hours: Marketing messages are sent in accordance with federal and state calling-time restrictions, including applicable quiet hours in your state.
