With a career path marked by leadership across several major markets, Rich has been a cornerstone of Olshan since 2004. His current role as General Manager in San Antonio, a position he’s held since 2014, showcases his commitment to quality and family-first company values. When he’s not leading his team, Rich enjoys the serenity of saltwater fishing and cherishing moments with his family.
Josh Kemp, boasting over 15 years in the foundation repair and waterproofing industry, leads research and development at Olshan Foundation Repair and Waterproofing. Aaron is a Veteran and has been in the construction industry most of his life. He joined the Olshan Team in 2002 and has served as a Certified Structural Technician, Regional Manager and General Manager. Aaron is passionate about helping homeowners in the Midwest region stabilize, waterproof and protect their homes. You can usually spot Aaron on TV or podcasts, as local media outlets often feature his advice when it comes to structural & waterproofing issues.
Chris has been in the foundation repair industry since the late 80’s. He has 40+ years of experience designing foundation repairs plans of all types and sizes. Chris’ work and expertise has been featured in the local Houston media several times, including appearances on the CW39 News, Click 2 Houston News, ABC 13 News, The Sealy News and The Houston Business Journal. Chris’ important work in research and development, played an integral role in the development of a patented repair method (US Patent #10,428,516 B2) designed to stabilize damaged tilt walls. Chris Cates is recognized as an innovator in the industry both locally and nationally.
