Restore Your Home and Start Living Better

The historic $1.2 billion 2022-2027 bond program includes $150 million dedicated to affordable housing of which $45 million is allocated to homeowner rehabilitation projects. The Neighborhood & Housing Services Department (NHSD) facilitated four community meetings in July about the housing bond categories, priorities, and timelines.

The Home Rehab Application is available online from Monday, August 8 – Monday, September 19, 9:00 pm CST
