Meet Rich Bond!
At Olshan, we strive to offer the best customer service there is. Our General Managers help keep things running smoothly and ensure ongoing customer support. Rich Bond is the General Manager for Olshan Foundation Repair in San Antonio, TX. He also serves as the Vice President for the National Foundation Repair Association’s San Antonio/Austin chapter.
Richard has been in the foundation repair and water management industry since the summer of 1993.
He got his start in Missouri as a crew member, a hands-on role that required quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. In 2003 he joined the Olshan family as a Certified Structural Technician, where he diagnosed foundation problems, then helped homeowners better understand them. One year later, he was promoted to Production Manager.
Richard has worked in many different markets with the Olshan team, allowing him to gain experience working on many different soil types and structures. Some of these markets include; St. Louis, MO, Atlanta, GA, Temple TX, Jackson, MS, Memphis, TN, Dallas, TX and San Antonio, TX. During his tenure, Richard has received multiple General Manager of the year awards.
In his time off, Richard enjoys fishing and spending time with his wife and 2 children. Richard has consulted with numerous homeowners on foundation and water management issues. Richards top priorities in no specific order are the safety of his crews, satisfaction of his customers and quality repairs and workmanship.
