Our Simple, Straight-Forward Available Lifetime Transferable Warranty

If any water from the wall or the wall floor joint passes through the perimeter water control system and onto the basement floor, our company or another authorized Water Lock™ dealer will provide the additional labor and materials to fix the leak at no additional cost to the owner.

This warranty is completely transferable to any and all future owners of this home, provided no major structural changes have been made, and applies only to areas where the Water Lock™ system is installed.
